Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of axyron.com and any services purchased from AXYRON LLC ("Axyron", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Our services
Axyron provides AI automation consulting, strategy and implementation services. Our fixed-price plans (Starter, Professional, Business and Enterprise) are one-time consultation and strategy deliverables. Custom automation builds, AI assistants and integration projects are scoped and priced separately in a written proposal.
Orders and payment
Fixed-price plans are paid in advance at the price shown on the site at the time of purchase. Custom projects are billed according to the payment schedule in the accepted proposal, which may include a deposit and milestone payments. Prices are in US dollars.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the people, tools and accounts needed to do the work.
- Make sure you have the right to share any data or systems you give us access to.
- Review and approve deliverables and automations before relying on them in production.
- Keep your own accounts, credentials and third-party subscriptions in good standing.
Third-party tools and AI
Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as AI model providers and automation tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or outages. AI output can be inaccurate; automations should include appropriate human review for important decisions.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, such as plans, documentation and custom workflow configurations. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and general methods, and grant you a license to use any of them included in your deliverables.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services.
Disclaimers
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, we make no guarantees of specific business results, time savings or revenue outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
