Cancelling a fixed-price plan
You can cancel a Starter, Professional, Business or Enterprise plan at any time before work begins by emailing contact@axyron.com. Cancellations made before work starts receive a full refund.
Rescheduling consultations
Consultation sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered.
Cancelling a custom project
Custom projects can be cancelled in writing at any time. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date and for any accepted milestones, as described in your proposal. We'll hand over completed work and documentation once outstanding amounts are settled.
Ongoing support and monitoring
If you have an ongoing support or monitoring arrangement, you can cancel it with 30 days' written notice. Service continues until the end of the notice period.
Cancellation by Axyron
We may cancel an engagement if we're unable to deliver it or if these terms are breached. If we cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund; otherwise you pay only for work completed.
