This website is operated by AXYRON LLC ("Axyron", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to contact@axyron.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, any reference link, the plan you're interested in and the project details you submit through our contact form or by email.
- Information collected automatically: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Payment information: if you purchase a plan, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you request.
- To send service-related messages such as confirmations, invoices and project updates.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data or your business's data to train AI models.
Client data in automation projects
When we build automations, we follow least-privilege access and use scoped API keys. Wherever possible your data stays in your own accounts. We access client systems only as needed to deliver the agreed work, and access is removed when an engagement ends on request.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, email and payment providers — and only as needed for them to perform those services, or when required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our contact form uses a short-lived session cookie only to prevent spam submissions.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact@axyron.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
