Digital delivery
All Axyron services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically. Deliverables are sent by email or shared through online documents, video calls or your own tools and accounts.
Fixed-price plan timelines
- Starter and Professional: typically delivered within 3–5 business days after purchase and receipt of the information we need.
- Business and Enterprise: typically delivered within 5–10 business days, including scheduled consultation time.
Custom projects
Timelines for custom automation builds are set in the project proposal. A single workflow typically ships within 1–3 weeks; larger rollouts are delivered in phases.
What can affect delivery
Timelines start once we have the details and access we need. Delays in providing information, approvals or system access may extend delivery times, and we'll keep you informed if that happens.
Confirming delivery
We confirm each delivery by email. If you haven't received something you expected, contact contact@axyron.com and we'll sort it out quickly.
